Recycle old glass jars to create miniature snowy scenes. Make them twinkle with mini fairy lights or battery operated tea lights.
This makes a lovely Christmas project for children and adults. Make sure you save your glass jars throughout the year.
You will need:
- Jars
- Craft snow
- Chtistmas themed confetti and sparkles
- Winter themed animals and characters – such as Reindeer, Penguins, Polar Bears, Snowmen (Schleich or you can find cheaper from ebay)
- Miniature craft trees (ebay or Hobbycraft)
- Eco Glitter
- Battery operated Fairy lights or tea lights
Simply fill your jars with the items that you have – creating scenes that can be changed whenever you like. Scatter snow is an essential! Make them twinkle with battery operated fairy lights or tea lights!
